At a glance
AwareXone reviews username and handle claim requests in Malaysia and worldwide where a legitimate path may exist. We do not force platforms to release handles and do not guarantee outcomes.
Short answer: a username that another account already holds can only be released by the platform, and only through its own processes, such as a trademark claim or an inactive-account policy where one exists. AwareXone checks whether such a path applies to you and helps you use it properly.
We research eligibility and help with official processes where they exist for users in Malaysia and worldwide by remote review.
We do not take usernames from other users outside legitimate platform rules.
Who it is for: brands, creators, and professionals who need a handle that matches a real mark or identity claim.
How to start: submit a case review with the desired username, platform, and why you have a legitimate claim.
Limitations
AwareXone is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Snapchat, or other platforms unless explicitly stated.
Platform decisions remain under the control of the relevant platform. AwareXone provides documentation, support, reporting, and escalation assistance where appropriate.
We will never ask for your social media password, 2FA code, authentication cookie, or recovery code.

Common questions
Can AwareXone get me a username that someone else is using?
Only if the platform has a legitimate process that applies, such as a trademark claim against an account infringing your registered mark. We never buy, pressure or take handles from other users.
Do I need a registered trademark?
It helps a lot. Most platform claim routes for an active account depend on a registered mark. Without one, the realistic options are usually a close variant or waiting for a platform release policy, and we tell you that plainly.
Can you guarantee the handle?
No. The platform decides every claim. We only accept cases where a legitimate path looks realistic.
How fast will you reply?
We reply within five hours after you submit a case review, 9am to 11pm Malaysia time, every day.
