What we do

  • Case review and best-effort assistance for hacked, disabled, locked, restricted, and inaccessible social accounts.
  • Impersonation and content reporting assistance through legitimate, rights-based channels.
  • Username, verification, account security, and digital identity protection where offered on the site.
  • Separate from our open-source security tools (AXguard, Agentic Bug Hunter, and related projects). Those products do not recover social accounts.

Start at the social media account recovery hub.

How case review works

  1. You submit platform, account URL or username, issue type, and what you already tried. Never passwords or OTP on this site.
  2. We reply within five hours, 9am to 11pm Malaysia time, every day, and say honestly whether a legitimate path looks realistic.
  3. If accepted, we help with evidence packing and legitimate platform processes. Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) after review.
  4. Platforms decide final outcomes. Assistance is best-effort only.

Privacy

Website forms are for case review intake. We use Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta Pixel for site and ads measurement, never to collect passwords or OTP on this site.

Do not paste passwords, OTP codes, backup codes, session cookies, or private keys into any form or chat that claims to be us if you did not start from awarexone.com.

Full legal detail lives on the Legal page.

Privacy policy

What we never ask for

We never ask website users for:

  • Account passwords
  • One-time passwords (OTP) or SMS codes
  • Authenticator secrets
  • Backup or recovery codes
  • Session cookies
  • Private keys

Platform independence

AwareXone is an independent provider. We are not affiliated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or Snapchat unless explicitly stated. We do not claim platform insider access.

Best-effort policy

Platforms make the final decision on access, reinstatement, removals, and verification. We never guarantee recovery. Offers of “guaranteed recovery” from anyone should be treated as a red flag.

Impersonation and scams

Scammers pose as recovery services, and sometimes use our name. We do not reach out first through comments or direct messages offering to recover your account.

If someone contacts you claiming to be AwareXone, check that the number or email matches this page exactly before you reply. If it does not, it is not us.

Report anyone using our name to [email protected]. Include screenshots and the account or number that contacted you.

Editorial policy

Our blog guides are written for AwareXone and published under the name of our founder, Md Shariar Shanaz Shuvon. Each guide shows its publication date, and an updated date when the content changes in substance.

We base platform steps on each platform's own help centre and official notices, and link to them where we can. Where the founder has reviewed a guide, the page says so.

Guides explain what you can do yourself. They do not quote fees or promise outcomes, and platforms can change their processes at any time.

Found an error? Email [email protected] with the page URL and we will check and correct it.
